Hello Iowa School Counselors,
I’m Allison Graham, and I’m honored to serve as your ISCA Board Chair this year. II'm the 5/6 School Counselor at Berg Middle School in Newton CSD, entering my sixth year as a school counselor. It's an exciting season of change, growth, and new opportunities!
Outside of school, I’m a women’s basketball fan (go Hawks and WNBA!), a Taylor Swift enthusiast, and a proud dog snuggler currently in my tattoo era.
Moving ISCA Forward
Over the past two years, the ISCA Board has taken important steps to ensure our association remains sustainable, financially responsible, and responsive to your needs. We’ve transitioned into policy governance, allowing the board to set the vision while our operations teams bring it to life.
This year, we’re focused on strengthening our operational teams in Professional Development, Advocacy, Membership & Awards, Communications, and Conference Planning.
