ISCA’s standing committees operate interdependently and focus on critical areas of the association’s work:
Advocacy & Government Relations Committee
Leads ISCA’s advocacy efforts in partnership with the association’s lobbyists and external partners.Membership, Awards, and Recognition Committee
Promotes member engagement and recognizes outstanding contributions to the profession.Communications & Marketing Committee
Manages ISCA’s communications strategy, including website, social media, newsletter, and branding.Conference Committee
Plans and executes the annual ISCA Conference, including keynotes, breakout sessions, and logistics.Professional Development Committee
Coordinates in-person and virtual trainings for school counselors statewide.Student Committee
Elevates the voice and engagement of current student members and pre-service counselors.
